HOW IT WORKS

From your project brief to a client‑ready website

Our process keeps Beaver Builder development clear and easy to manage. You share the requirements, we agree on the scope, and your agency stays involved from the first build to the final handover.

Six steps from brief to launch

Here is what happens at each stage, and what we need from your team along the way.

Your agency remains the main point of contact throughout the project.

STEP 1

Share your project brief

Tell us what your client needs and where you need development support. Whether it’s a new website, a landing page, or updates to an existing build, we start by understanding the project.

Share what you have available

  • Design files or reference websites
  • Page list and website content
  • Required features and integrations
  • Existing website details, if applicable
  • Target deadline

Still gathering the details? Send what you have, and we’ll identify what’s needed to move forward.

STEP 2

Confirm the scope and quote

We review your brief and ask any questions needed to define the work. Before development begins, we agree on the deliverables, cost, and delivery plan.

Your project scope will cover

  • Pages and features to be developed
  • Content, assets, and access needed from your team
  • Timeline and review stages
  • Feedback and revision terms
  • License, hosting, and launch responsibilities

You’ll know what’s included and what needs to be ready before we start.

STEP 3

Build your website

Once the scope is approved and the required materials are available, we begin development.

We build the agreed pages in WordPress using Beaver Builder, following your approved design and project requirements. We also adjust layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.

STEP 4

Review and share feedback

We share the build with your team for review. Check the layouts, content, and agreed functionality, then send your feedback in one clear list.

We handle changes within the agreed revision scope. If a request adds new pages or features, we confirm any effect on the cost and timeline before proceeding.

STEP 5

Check and prepare for handover

After feedback is addressed, we check the agreed pages and features before handover.

Depending on the project scope, this includes

  • Responsive layouts across screen sizes
  • Links, buttons, and navigation
  • Forms and submission behavior
  • Content placement and visual consistency
  • Agreed integrations and functionality

We resolve identified issues within scope and prepare the completed work for your approval.

STEP 6

Hand over and launch

Once your agency approves the website, we complete the agreed handover.

We provide the access and project information your team needs. If launch support is included, we coordinate the agreed launch steps with you.

Need further updates after delivery? We can discuss a separate scope or ongoing support arrangement.
